Il 17 settembre 2022, cinque fratelli canossiani provenienti da vari parti del mondo hanno confermato definitivamente al Signore tutta la loro vita attraverso la professione perpetua avvenuta presso la chiesa di S.M. Addolorata a Verona. L'evento è avvenuto nella Celebrazione eucaristica che ha coinvolto tutta la Congregazione tramite la partecipazione di numerosi ospiti provenienti da diverse parti d'Italia: Fasano, Trento, Roma, Venezia... che hanno partecipato attivamente di questo bello momento di celebrazione. Poco prima della lettura della formula di consacrazione, il superiore generale, p. Carlo Bittante, ha fatto notare che il sì dei cinque fratelli era una risposta all'amore gratuito di Dio che dava loro il senso del dono di sé. Successivamente, essi ne hanno pronunciato i loro voti nella messa che si è conclusa con un momento gioioso di saluti e auguri ai neoprofessi.

È stato davvero una grande gioia vedere il sorriso sui volti delle persone, che ci hanno ringraziato e congratulato, attraverso un abbraccio, una chiacchierata o uno scatto fotografico per registrare l'importanza di condividere la bellezza di dare la nostra vita al servizio del regno di Dio. C’era un vero clima di famiglia, con una bella rappresentanza delle nostre sorelle canossiane, dell’Associazione dei Laici Canossiani e dell’Associazione dei fratelli e sorelle laici canossiani, che compongono la grande famiglia carismatica che si è radunata per ringraziare Dio per il dono della nostra vocazione.

La bella festa che abbiamo celebrato è stata il riconoscimento del fatto che noi abbiamo ricevuto gratuitamente l'amore di Dio che ha toccato profondamente il nostro essere, al punto da non avere altra scelta se non quella di dire sì a questo Amore infinito. E ciò avvenne in un clima di totale esultanza che raccolse una moltitudine di persone che testimoniano l’impegno della nostra vita, per continuare ad amare Dio e i fratelli, come Figli della Carità Canossiani per SEMPRE.

On the 17th of September 2022, five canossian brothers from various corners of the world did definitively commit their whole life to the Lord through the perpetual profession that took place at the church of S.M. Addolorata of Verona. The event occurred in the context of the Eucharistic celebration that wonderfully began with a cheerful process in which the whole congratulation that was constituted buy a number of guests from various parts of Italia such as Puglia, Trento, Roma... did actively participate in the celebration. Moreover, just before the pronouncement of the vows, father Carlo Bittante did single out an important aspect of the event, that is the fact that, the yes of the five brothers was substantially the fruit of a long discernment on the gratuitous Love of God which really penetrated and transformed their being by making them capable of loving in such a way that the only available option that remained was the total abandon and self giving at the service of this love. And that was exactly what the five brothers expressed as they joyfully pronounced their vows in front of a crowded congregation during the mass that ended with a photo shooting session immediately after the final blessings. This beautiful atmosphere of the celebration even became more vibrate as many people rushed to the five brothers with real smiles on their faces in order either to congratulate them, or to embrace them, or to chat with them, or even to take photos with them. What a wonderful ambiance! What an incredible event? What a great day that was! Finally, there was still a last piece of art that definitively and solemnly completed this colorful celebration, that's the food session during which people freely socialized, willingly expressed their feeling of joy to whomever they wanted, whereby all the newly professed brothers as well as others encountered personally their guests that came from various parts of Italy for the due event. Who could wish that such a beautiful day ends
